ANZ targets new small businesses with $1b in loans

The ability to secure sufficient capital is often the most challenging hurdle for new small businesses. To help ease cash flow worries, the ANZ Bank have pledged to lend $1 billion in loans this year to help Australians start their new small businesses. The ANZ claim to have approved more than 7 out of every 10 lending applications from small businesses in Australian. It is hoped the ANZ’s commitment will see a real confidence boost in the small business sector, one that traditionally suffers from higher costs.
