To display the To-Do List:

  1. Click on the To-Do List drop-down menu from any Command Centre
  2. Click on the desired tab
  3. The zoom arrow will open the original transaction

The To-Do List functions of each window are as follows:

  • A/R – contains all of your unpaid sales and the number of days Overdue (a negative number indicates that payment is not yet due)
  • A/P – contains all unpaid purchases and bills with details of the days Overdue based on the Due Date (a negative number indicates that payment is not yet due)

You can automatically Pay Bills via this window by:

  1. Selecting the transactions to pay with a tick
  2. Click Pay Bills

Alternatively, you can create cheques individually by:

  1. Clicking the zoom arrow of the desired transaction
  2. The Pay Bills window will then appear
  3. Pay Bills as normal

Recurring Transactions/Sales/Purchases – contains transactions that have been saved as recurring, with details of the days Overdue, Frequency, the date Last Posted and date Next Due.
You can automatically Record transactions via this window by:

  1. Selecting the transactions to record with a tick
  2. Click Record

Alternatively, you can record transactions individually by:

  1. Clicking the zoom arrow of the desired transaction
  2. The relevant window will then appear
  3. Record the transaction as normal

Expiring Discounts – contains details of all Supplier discounts available (providing the Supplier’s Card has been created with discount details included as part of the terms).
You can automatically Pay Bills via this window by:

  1. Selecting the transactions to pay with a tick
  2. Click Pay Bills

Alternatively, you can create cheques individually by:

  1. Clicking the zoom arrow of the desired transaction
  2. The Pay Bills window will then appear
  3. Pay Bills as normal

Orders – contains a record of all Orders placed but not yet delivered/invoiced/billed as per the Sales/Purchases Register.

Sales are indicated by the zoom arrow to the left of the name and Purchases with the zoom arrow  to the right.
You can automatically record the Order as an invoice or bill from this window by:

  1. Selecting the transactions to record as Orders with a tick
  2. Click Record As Actual

Stock Alert – contains reminders for stock items that drop below the minimum levels specified (where Items have been setup with Primary Supplier and minimum stock details).

If you Buy This Item the zoom arrow is to the left of the Item and if you Sell This Item the zoom arrow is to the right.

You can automatically Order/Build items from this window by:

  1. Selecting the transactions to Order/Build with a tick
  2. Click Order/Build

Alternatively, you can Order/Build items individually by:

  1. Clicking the zoom arrow of the desired transaction
  2. The Purchases/Sales window will then appear
  3. Record the Purchase/Sale as normal

Contact Alert – contains items entered into the Contact Log with a future Recontact Date.
Click the zoom arrow to access the Contact Log entry.
